Rules and Regulations for Renters

1. Park in Assigned Parking Space Only (1 vehicle per condo).
2. Children under the age of 12 not permitted in Jacuzzi.
3. Maximum of 2 Tables per condo can be used in Patio Area.
4. RENTERS NOT ALLOWED ANY GUESTS. RENTERS NEED TO REGISTER ALL THOSE IN THEIR PARTY WITH SECURITY. ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE ESCORTED FROM PROPERTY.
5. No glass containers allowed in Pool & Jacuzzi Areas.
6. Outdoor umbrellas are available for use around pool area. Please request Umbrella from Playa Blanca Personnel .
7. Please use Beach Gate only. Jumping Gate and Climbing hill is prohibited.
8. BBQ’s owned by Playa Blanca can only be used in assigned area.
9. Playa Blanca Administration reserves the right to deny access to facilities if above rules are not met and or be asked to leave property.
10. Showering is required after visiting Beach and Before entering Pool and Jacuzzi. Shower Located next to restrooms.
11. Double Parking is not permitted.
12. No Bicycles, skateboards, scooters allowed anywhere on property.
13. No Running in and around Pool area.
14. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an Adult in all common areas.
15. NO PETS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN COMPLEX.
16. Hanging Clothes/Towels over Balcony NOT permitted.
17. Children under 3 must wear Disposable swim diapers. A fine of $200 Dlls. Will be charged per incident.
18. Renters not allowed to Group with other renters for any formal party or event in Common Areas.

Owner Guest Rules


PLAYA BLANCA 2008 FINAL REVISION 6/28/2008

Number of owner’s guests allowed per condominium: Ten (10) per day including the owners of the condominium. No owner can use any other owner’s allotment to add additional guests to their party. Only the condominium owner and their personal guests occupying their condominium are considered their guests. Use of another owner’s allotment is considered a fine. The fine rule will than apply. Owners who require additional guests the Events Monday through Thursday rule should be used. (See #4 below)
Note: To avoid misunderstanding of the rules, please review all requirements with the administrator. (Pages 27 section 13 and Page 38 article 2nd. old book clarifications needed due to this rule)

(Updated August 2009) When contracting an outside service such as servers and or caterers, you will be allowed up to 4 contracted employees per event. The servers/caters are in addition to the 10 people. All contracted individuals will need to register at Gate.

Access: All visitors must have physical access keys to both condominium and beach gate, along with a letter signed by the condominium owner. The letter MUST be presented to the guards and/or the administrator prior to being allowed entrance to the property. Using a condominium number or owners name alone is NOT valid for access. The common areas, washrooms, pool, Jacuzzi etc. are only allowed if guests have proper access. Visitors without keys, a letter, or access to a unit will be asked to leave the grounds. If they do not leave, the owners who invited without proper access or allowed use via their name and condominium number only will be fined $250.00 violation. (See fine rules). Definition of owner: A person who has his/her name on record with the condominium administrator as an owner. Renters are not considered owners. They must comply with the association rules. Non owners may not attend Home Owner’s general meeting nor can they vote at those meetings. (Old book Page 27 section 8)


Parking: One space is allotted to each condominium. Due to the limited number of guest parking spaces (13), guests may not use other owner’s space without written permission, on file, with the administration office and guards. Guest Parking tags must be visible at all times. (Old book Page 29 section 24)

Parking Rules - “Amended “ August 2009

Owners are permitted up to 4 vehicles in complex if space is available. Additional spaces can be available if previous arrangements are made with our Administrator.

Renters are permitted 1 vehicle inside complex. Additional parking spaces will be available outside in front of Complex.

Long term renters (4 months or longer) have same parking privileges as an owners.


Club House . Prior to any event IN THE CLUBHOUSE the administrator, will clarity rules for you. You will be provided with a written description including type of event, location and date of the event, fees, and name’s and number of guests. You will be given an invoice at that time. Payment must be made in advance of the event. Copies of your paid detailed receipt will be given to the guards. Each guest must have a letter from the owner host to present to the guards to gain entry for the event. (Old Book Page 39 article 6th, 7th see article 12th and 13th) (Pages 27 section 13 Page 30 section 34 Page 40 article 7th)

1. Clubhouse: Owners may rent the clubhouse for events (not the pool, patio, or other common areas) Monday through Thursday. Seventy-five people may attend, which includes the owners and the 10 person/guest daily allotment. This is for use of the clubhouse only. Very small events in the clubhouse of ten (10) can use the clubhouse any time Monday through Thursday. Cleaning Fee $30.00 a day for small events. Fee for use of the clubhouse for 11 (11) to seventy-five (75) people is $200.00 a day. Payment and approval required with prior payment made to the administrator. Guests must have entry letters to present to the administrator and/or guards to gain access.

2. Parking: for ALL events is outside of the property. We have limited guest parking spaces thirteen (13) for the condominium owners.
3. Exception for events: With the permission of the administrator and the board, events for owners may be held on a Friday. With the exception of high season/summer months and holidays, Mexican and American when the property is exceptionally busy.
4. Pet rule definitions: NO pets of any kind are allowed in the units or on the grounds. Owners must be responsible for renters and guests. If pets are found in an owners or renters unit, the condominium owner will be fined $50.00. The guards will ask that the pets be removed from the property. (Old rule Page. #28 section 16)
5. Exception to pet rule: If an owner has service animals, they may have pets in their condominium ONLY. The pets may not be allowed in the common areas, grass or garden areas for any reason. Service animals must have proper papers with a letter from a doctor supporting the owners need for the animals due to medical conditions. The letter and service animal’s documents must be on record with the administrator and are considered confidential information.
6. Common area recreation: Owners, visitors, children must refrain from excessive behavior such as skateboard, scooters, bike riding, or use of any such vehicle on driveways, common walkways, parking lots, pool patios, or pool area. The administration and the condominium association will not be responsible for accidents that occur in these areas. (Old book Pages 28 & 39 section 22 & article 5th.)
